The weapon right in the USA is worldwide one of the most liberal ones. At the same time the United States of America are one of the countries in which power and criminal activity are exceptionally high. The majority of the American citizens looks at the right on weapon possession as a fundamental right.

Many of them have grown up in families in which weapon possession was everyday particularly in the rural areas and in the south of the USA. For one carrying a weapon belongs to own identity, for the others she serves the protection of the own and the life of beloved people.

However, does really need of every one weapon in the defence? In the following quotation Barack Obama expresses himself on this awkward subject “I believe the Second Amendment guarantees an individual the right to bear arms” “But I also believe that a lot of gun owners would agree that AK-47s belong in the hands of soldiers, not on the street of our cities.”. Why is he to be introduced for it less weapons or a stricter weapon law?

The US is a nation that values life, and society has a responsibility to protect innocent lives wherever possible. As they now exist, guns are a threat to the general welfare, which the government exists to protect. Handguns and assault weapons are only meant for killing people.

Therefore, greater restrictions on gun ownership will reduce unjustified killing. For example For example, a frank person would always try to solve a quarrel with words and needs in addition no weapon. Than why you need more guns?

But with a gun she mostly travels even more people with in death. One sees this in many assassinations in the USA. The culprit kills many people and in the end himself.

But In reality, a very low percentage of crimes are prevented because someone was carrying a firearm. The United States has more firearms per capita than any other nation in the world, and despite the anecdotal claims that guns save lives and prevent crimes, statistics show that the opposite correlation is true.

More guns equal more crime, and the instances of gun-carrying citizens actually stopping crime from happening are very few and far between. Everybody can become a culprit if he owns a weapon. If one is furious one cannot control his feelings anymore. Who can insure of then he does not reach to his weapon? Not everybody can wear a weapon.

One should also make psychological tests and improve with it the weapon laws.

In my opinion the weapon law in the US is not strict enough. Everybody can carry a gun at the streets. With this number of guns you cannot protect the people. It is dangerous for all. I think they must improve their gun law. If children of people with a criminal background get a gun nobody is save anymore.
