1.1 About Dubai International airport

As the town is expanding with great in everything from amazing restaurant and nightlife as point of attraction for tourism as well from sports, malls which offers fantastic discounts and much more

Just like any other business in the world, big or small there will always be competitors, who work hard to make sure they are better or taking a lead, In the case of Dubai Airport they have competitors both within and outside the country, such as Etihad Airways, National airline, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Gulf Air, Air France, British Airways, KLM, Australasia and so many more, all these Airlines sees Emirates as threat because it allows passengers to leave their own local airlines centre and use Dubai instead.

Applying latest technologies offer competitive benefits for many companies to expand, market, and give their services (Sumathi and Sivanandam, 2007).
