Recently, it is common to hear about the rising attention of service leadership in working place, social institutions and government. People are concern how to satisfy needs by providing personal service to contact with them self, others and community.Leading self help developing individual behaviors and exploring leadership through actions, behaviors and interactions.
Leading others which is managing and motivating individuals and teams. And leading communities is leading and managing more complex initiatives and teams (Tamera 2015). To define service leadership, it refers to formula of E=MC2 where M is moral character to provide service in accordance with social norms and moral codes, and C is caring disposition to be more sensitive to other's needs and more willing to serve, and the other C is competences of leadership of domain knowledge and skills to provide right and professional service (Shek & Yu, 2015).
Being a good service leadership, character is the most important part for people to care about others and communicate with others to form a good relationship. The study of character strengths is a major research of positive psychologists. Character strengths are sometimes labeled as soft skills, non-cognitive skills, character skills and social-emotional skills because of these strengths is learnt by practice rather than learning by teaching from teacher, parent and peers (Draayer, 2015).There are classification of 24 character strengths which is called the Values in Action (VIA) Classification has been developed and the study evaluates these character strengths across cultures (Biswas-Diener R, 2006). These 24 character strengths make the life pleasure, engagement and meaningful and classify into six dimensions: wisdom and knowledge, courage, humanity, transcendence, temperance and justice. Among of these six dimensions of character strengths, I think the most important character strength is humanity that includes love, kindness and social intelligence.

The feeling of love allows human to treat each other with kindness and compassion. It will be any relationship binding us together and love is presented in different forms in our community. There are different kinds of love such as a kiss of passionate lover, a touch of tender mother, a care of kind leader, a paternal concern and a sisterly affection.
All these behavior and relationship is built by love. Using our heart as strengths to feel the emotion and connect with others would affect the satisfaction of life and work. Therefore, as a good leader, love must be including in his heart and who is able to offer the love to others in building the relationship.
